Questionable benefit

At about question 25 of 29 it starts asking questions of a form at any time in your life have you: followed by had less energy and then gives you the following possible answers: not at all, rarely, sometimes, often, or always. I think this is a yes-or-no question. If it is any time in your life it cant be sometimes, right?
